Kevin,

I have had to do that in my office - three people would use the same
computer at different times. You need to go into the System folder and open
the Eudora folder. Inside the Eudora folder is the Eudora settings folder.
Rename that folder to (for example) John's Eudora settings if it configured
to John. When you open Eudora, it will create a new Eudora settings folder.
Change the configurations for Susan's use and change the name to Susan's
Eudora settings. And so on and so forth. Now, you make and alias of each of
these individuals' settings folder and put it under the Apple menu items.
So now whenever one of those individuals want to check their mail, they
just need to open 'their' Eudora.

I hope I am clear on my directions.
