Hi, Charles.

I am finishing my second class in GWU's program as we speak. I highly
recommend the program--if you are motivated, self-directed, and do not
absolutely need human contact to succeed. My first course used a BBS,
which I hated but learned to tolerate. This class, on distance
education, is using a listserve, which I find much easier
(after some initial problems). If you really want to get a feel
for the program, check out the web site at

http://www.gwu.edu/~etl

They are now putting very extensive course info up on the web so you can
determine if this program will work for you. Its the absolute only way I can
get a master's in my current situation. The material is good, the instructors
very good, and I really AM earning this degree (as opposed to one you buy).

Good luck
