You'll need one program and then you will have to do something to your
Netscape. The item you need is a Telnet client. You can find them by
searching Altavista {Insert your favorite search engine here}. Once you
have downloaded a Telnet client for your computer. You have to tell Netscape
Navigator where to find the application so that when you type-->

telnet://host.computer.dom {port}

Navigator will know what to do. To do that, look below.

Win 3.1x or 95
Start Navigator and go to Options on the Menu bar. Drop down the Options
Menu and select General Preferences (for Versions 2.x). When the next
window comes up, check for a tap called APPS. You should click APPS and in
the top box, type the path to your program and the filename of the telnet
program. An example would be

C:\INTERNET\NAVIGAT\EWAN.EXE

Clikc the OK button and off you go using your new Telnet application through
Navigator.

Mac
Sorry but I haven't installed one yet for my Macs. I did see one at a
school where I work and that program was just a few 100 K's. I'll get it
and post it back to the people who want the Mac Telnet client; just send me
e-mail.
