Internet - Pro & Con

I am writing a paper for a graduate class on the "pros and cons of using
the internet in the secondary classroom". The paper is due
next week and I would be interested in receiving any informed
opinions that might be available. I am also particularly interested
in any research work regarding the use of the internet in secondary
curriculum. If you know of any www addresses would be helpful it would
be a great help.
