You need to decompress the file, which will probably result in a text file.
.zip files can be decompressed by a variety of Mac utilities. StuffIt
Expander (or Deluxe) will do it, UnZip will do it, and there are probably
others. These are all located at any of the Info-Mac mirrors in the
Compression directory.

Note that you can do CUSeeMe point to point without a reflector if you want
to test your setup. Also note that there are a lot of reflectors out there
with, oh, how can I say this, "interesting" broadcasts running through
them. I don't have any problem with that, but it is wise to check the
reflector out before you use it in a demo in front of a roomful of people
or something like that...
