Find your bookmarks file (on the Macs, it's in the System Folder, in the
Preferences folder, in the Netscape folder, called Bookmarks.html). Open
it with a text editor or with the editor in Netscape if you have the Gold
version. Locate the line that starts with <title> and ends with </title>
and change it to whatever you want. You can also easily change the H1
header line following the title.

The file contains an admonition against editing it. You can ignore it.
Or, if you really want to be careful, make a copy of the bookmarks file,
rename it, make your changes, and point your startup page pointer at the
copy. The only drawback to that is that additional bookmarks won't show up
in the copy.
