I found that the SAMS Publishing book: Teach Yourself Web Publishing
with HTML in a Week is pretty good. You can get it at any chain
bookstore. Also, there are a number of simple HTML editors available
as shareware. One easy to use program is called YAHE and can be found
by doing a general search on the WWW.
