I would try Grade Machine, Misty City Software. Quite powerful, Mac and DOS
and WIndows version, and ocmpatible with some of the admin type reporting
systems (i.e., you can export and import data to Mac School, etc).

Pretty reasonably priced: 75$ or so. You can get a demo from their web

I am a satisfied user and many teachers use it in our district.
