I'm considering full time employment and persuit of a master's in
EdTech if/when I relocate to North Carolina. I can't vouch for the
quality or requirements, but suggest you check out
http://vms4.sci.cspomona.edu/~grviers/ist.html

Info on grad programs in EdTech for every state is available.

The Association for Educational Communications & Technology had/has a
book with requirements & specific courses of study for sale. I don't
believe the info is freely available online...yet!...but their homepage
can be found at
http://www.aect.org/

Please share your information with the group and good luck!
