I'm sure this question has been asked more than once. I have been asked by my
district to choose a Digital Camera and Scanner for our schools to use. We are
IBM compatible and are looking for the best value and ease of use for around
$1,000.00 for each. So far, searching the internet, I have found that most
reviewers have recommended the Chinon ES-3000 or the Dycam DC-10 as the best
choice for a Digital Camera. Searching for scanners I haven't had much luck,
the only one that seems to be the best value is Hewlett Packard 4c.
