Hi John,
I've just put a new Compaq on our Ethernet LAN running Appleshare 4.1. I
had to purchase Personal MACLAN Connect 5.5 (Miramar Systems) to run with
Windows95. If you are running Windows 3.1 you can use the AppleShare for
Windows disk that came with your server.

I'm now printing and sharing files over the network (though I have gained a
new appreciation for the Mac as a result of this endeavor ;-)
