Zip Utility for Windows 95

Does anyone know of a utility that will Zip Windows 95 (long files names)?

I want to create a zipped copy of Windows 95 on the local hard drives of
the student computers and then unzip it on a regular basis to remove the
changes that occur during classes.

I have done this with Windows 3.1 and have found that it saves hours of
hunting for the mystery bug that makes something that worked yesterday no
longer work.
