Bilingual Software for Macs

Hiya. I have certain funds to spend on bilingual/esl software; needs to
be MacIntosh compatible. Does anyone out there on my favorite list have
suggestions for software? Here's what we already have:

Kid Pix Studio
Clarisworks
HyperStudio

What about bilingual encyclopedias and/or Compact discs reference
materials? I'll be happy to post a summary of responses to the list.
