The CTI Centre for Chemistry, based at the University of Liverpool, has been
set up to promote the use of computers in teaching chemistry (although it's
primary remit is for higher education). Their web page can be found at
http://www.liv.ac.uk/ctichem.html.

Related to the CTI Centre is an initiative (called the Chemistry Courseware
Consortium) to produce computer-assisted learning material for use by
chemistry students - this web page can be found at
http://www.liv.ac.uk/ctichem/c3intro.html.
