There is a 32 bit TCP/IP stack at Microsoft (TCP32, I believe). We use it
with our WFWG 3.11 machines. But why do you want it with Win 95? - it's all
there. When you install Win 95 PPP comes with dial-up networking. If you
need SLIP, you can get it off the CD in the admin directory along with
SCRIPTER that can be used to add scripting to your dial up connections. If
you have a direct connection, just add the appropriate adapter under
networking in the control panel as well as the TCP/IP protocol.
