I, too, applied to ETSU, only to find out after I had spent monies on the
application fee, transcripts, and had sent letters of recommendation that
they had closed down. I was eventually admitted to the Doctoral
(Ph.D.) Program in Instructional Design and Development at the University
of South Alabama. I have been here since Fall of 1992 and think it to be
a great program. USA is listed on the WWW and, although still in its
infancy, will begin producing some graduates in the not-so-distant
future. Check into our program.

We have a M.S. in Instructional Design as well.
