Eudora Light and Accessing Attached Documents

Hi,
I am a relatively new "Net" surfer. I use the mail program Eudora Light.
My sister recently sent me an attached document. I see it in my Attachment
Folder. However, I can't open it. When asked to chose a reader I chose
Adobe Acrobat - wrong choice because now when I try an open the attachment
document is says it can't read it because of an PD% error!

My sister tried again to send the document. It came, but again I get the
same error message with the new document.
How can I get the attached document to the desk top or to my hard drive
where I might have a better chance of reading it!
