I also had billing problems with AOL. I paid my bill by PAC. When I
changed banks, I queried AOL for the correct procrdure to change PAC. My
only reply was a telephone number which no one answered after calling
several days.

I instructed my old bank to not honor PAC from AOL. I too sent a query
to AOL using the above e-mail address and asked them to respond to said
address. My last message from AOL was that they do not respond to any
messages that are not sent through AOL.

I do not miss them.
