One of the great advantages of using a Mac or any Apple product is
1-800-SOS-APPL. If I have a problem with a Mac the first place I go is to
the Apple tech help. 99% of the time they can solve the problem without
difficulty. The only drawback is that sometimes the wait can be up to an
half hour, so I just put the phone on the speaker phone to go on with my
work until they answer.
