Help Finding a Technology Coordinator Position

I am currently looking for job openings for Technology coordinator in
a school district. I have found some openings posted on the web, but I
was wondering if theier are any publications I should subscribe to that
these jobs my be posted in.

One person reccommended Education Review, but they dont have a web page,
does anyone know how I could get in touch with them (Or maybe it was
education weekly, i'm bad with names).

Thanks.. and any tips on finding a Tech. Coord job would be appreciated.
