Where Are The Outstanding EdTech Programs?

Hi all,
After reading a lot of the job postings from this listserv I am
considering an advanced (PH.D. or Masters) in EDTech. Could people
please tell me what are the outstanding schools for receiving such a degree?
I really want to know which schools are super current as far as equipment
and training goes. What I don't need is to go through a program that
features out of touch professors teaching outdated theories on outdated
equipment. Been there, done that. Replies as to which schools to aviod
can be sent directly to me. Thanks for your help.
