Frontier School Division in Manitoba has an offer for all its staff
(teaching, support, maintenance, custodial, etc.) An employee can buy any
Mac computer at educators' prices and the division will give the teachers
an interest free loan which is paid back through a payroll deduction plan
from the time of delivery to the end of June of that school year. Staff
are allowed one Mac purchase interest free. All others are at 8% It ties
up a lot of capitol, but our division is really technologically literate.
