There are a couple of other debugger commands which can be helpful
to know in this situation. ES (for escape to shell which is
generally the finder) is the most useful. The other is EA which will
occasionally allow you to escape back into the application which
crashed. Any time you succeed in escaping from a crash it is a good
idea to save any open files and restart since crashes tend to leave
the system highly unstable.
