How much RAM do you have. F-Line instructions are generally RAM related in
some way. You may be tight on RAM or you may be using software that is so
old it is not stable under System 7. You may also have a corrupt
application file. You could try reinstalling the software in a NEW folder.
After you find it works, trash the old copy.
