I can tell you that we got OmniPage at school about a year ago. It would
not work with our Apple scanner though it did with our HP scanner. Our
other scanner software works fine with the Apple scanner. I FINALLY go
through to tech support at OmniPage. They said they knew it didn't work
with some Apple Scanners and that it was all Apple's fault. I got an
e-mail address for a tech person and we communicated several times. i tried
everything he asked me to try. When my last message told him it still
didn't work, what should I do? I never herd from him again. I sent him a
couple of addition e-mails requesting asking what I should do (for example:
he could have offered a REFUND). I am not impressed with that comapny.
