It could be that you have plugged something foreign into one of your ports(eg
printer port). I did that with an incompatable printer cord and I got the
blinking question mark. I tried everything and the experts told me my hard
drive was toast. So when I started unplugging everything to get it ready to
send it in for repair, the blinking question mark was gone. Who knew!? : ) I
doubt this solution is in any of the repair handbooks, but it worked for me.
