First thing, check your clock to make sure it's not set to some value in
the future. This sounds like the problem, since 2.0b3 and b4 are not
supposed to croak until after February.

If that's ok, save a copy of your bookmarks file, delete all of the
Netscape files (including the ones in the Preferences Folder in the System
Folder), and reinstall.
