With the programs change the properties settings for the shortcut - ie dos
programs have a properties setting right click on the icon go to properties
then go to program click on advanced and change settings so that you now run
uder your old configuration in dos if program is of win 3.1 + nature and
won't run you can try and change the memory settings to free up more XMS
memory best to install the program under DOS and then change settings in
win95 rather than set up for it any queries e-mail me
