Paper/Proposals due: MUST ARRIVE AT INSTITUTE BY JULY 1, 1996
Purpose: "Innovations in Education" encourages participation
from all who are interested in the advancement of
education, including faculty (K-12 and Higher
Education), professional staff, administrators,
students, businesses, and the general public. The
conference provides a forum for sharing research,
experience, and knowledge about what is new in the
field, what works, and what does not. The conference
seeks to explore a wide and varied range of topics with
the goal of fostering positive innovation in all areas
of education. This year's conference, TECHNOLOGY IN
EDUCATION, attempts to share ways in which technology
can be incorporated into the classroom and curriculum.
There will be four separate tracks at this conference:
1. Distance Education/Distance Learning
2. Administrative Issues and Concerns
3. Pedagogy
4. Math and Science
Submission Guidelines:Four paper copies of completed papers or proposals
and one copy on diskette (using either WordPerfect 5.1
or later or Microsoft Word 5.0 or later) must be
submitted to arrive at the Institute for blind review no
later than July 1, 1996. Selected papers will be
published in the proceedings. Papers must be complete
and in APA format. Presenters are expected to register
for and participate in the conference. Each conference
track will have its own set of reviewers and papers and
proposals will be submitted only to one set. Papers and
proposals not accepted in one track will not
automatically be submitted to another track. Proposals
must thoroughly describe the presentation. Papers and
proposals should be sent with the cover sheet to:

Papers and proposals must include this paper as the cover sheet. At least
one author from each paper or proposal must be present at the conference
to deliver the presentation or the paper will not be published in the
proceedings. This conference is calling for completed papers and
proposals for other types of presentations (i.e., demonstrations,
roundtable discussions, panel presentations, short workshops); do not

Completed papers and proposals for presentations must be received by July
1, 1996.

Notice of acceptance of papers will be mailed by August 30, 1996.
