Actually these constraints will provide you with a wonderful opportunity
for your students to explore many issues and to develop solutions e.gs:
Re - Ethical use of the Internet
- Rights to Privacy - implications of the net
- How to determine authenticity of information available.
- Media hype?? etc.
- Students may be given this problem to solve - develop the
course themselves.

Research can be done On line - some e-mail - off line using videos and
print sources - and solutions developed. Then audio conferencing to debate
and present solutions and use of a Fax machine to send in written work.

This could be an exciting course.
