My school sent me to Apple Training in Charlotte ($600) for 1 week to
become a certified Apple Repair Tech. Then we established what is called a
Distributed Repair Facility through the local Apple dealer. A contract
agreement was established with the dealer to receive parts at a small %
above dealer cost. The for about $500 a year I subscribe to the technical
manuals and we do the repairs, even full warranty repairs in house.
