For those who are new to the list, Jim Tobin is a FANTASTIC resource
to have around, and has helped out on many occasions when our readers
have had really deep Mac questions or have had a hard time understanding
some of Apple's policies or procedures.

It became even clearer how valuable his contributions are when he took
a vacation last year and the Mac questions started piling up! :-)
