I do want to comment that Apple has been very cooperative about helping me
with my problem 5200/LC. I probably would not have received that kind of
cooperation if I had purchased my computer by mail order. It's just that
you do get frustrated when you wait over a month for a new video analog
card and it goes out again after just 8 days of usage. Also, there were
problems with compatibility with several of the software programs that I
use on my Performa 6115 at home with no problems. I really appreciate the
help that Jim Tobin and others at Apple have given me.
