You will need a CSU/DSU....a sort of modem, a router to the Internet
..it routes packets or information to its destination.., some kind
of router or gateway between AppleTalk and the Internet, IP
Addresses, and if you want to run any servers you will need to
register with a Domain Name Server...probably with your Internet
provider.
Nothing simple...or cheap...with the Internet.
