I would like help getting my ARA link to work correctly.
I have Apple Personal Remote Server V201 loaded on my LC475 at
work. I have the same loaded on my PowerMac 6100/80 at home. I have a
dedicated line at home for the modem. I have identical InfoTel 28.8 V.34
modems at both ends, set as Supra 14.4 CCL, since I don't have an ARA
script for the InfoTel.
I can dial from home, the modem pickes up and connects and the
dialog box tells me I have connected, BUT the icon for the remote LC475
does not show up on the Pmac and therefore I can't access the office files.
AppleTalk is active in the Chooser.
Does anyone have a clue what I've missed.
PS: I also have ARA Client V203 but it doesn't make any difference.
