The problem instantly appears to be that you are using a 16 bit winsock
program.

This is easily solved by using Windows 95's own winsock, which will allow 32
bit winsock programs to run.

Am i guessing correctly that you still use Trumpet winsock?

Anyway, you will most likely need to consult your win95 manuals for
installation, and to buy the Plus pack to get dial-up scripting, but after
that, you should have no trouble at all.
