To set up your server, you can start with the Windows95 Internet
Server Cookbook on Web66: <URL:http://web66.coled.umn.edu/>

The instructions should work fine with WindowsNT but I
haven't fully tested them yet except on Windows95. There
isn't information specifically about CGIs (yet!), but starting
from the Web66 links you should be able to track
down such information.
