Solution! re: LC 5200/75 help

I have a solution for my LC 5200 network freezes! The Apple Menu Option in
System 7.5 "Remember recently used items" was choking the 5200s. Two reasons:
the slowness of LocalTalk coupled with the sheer number of users who are in
and out of the Mac lab each day. I turned off "Remember recently used items"
in the Apple Menu Option control panel. Once I was sure that was the problem,
I trashed that control panel.

The solution came from Apple Tech Support. This time when I called I asked
for support with the Apple Internet Router software instead of LC 5200. I got
a different team and a solution within 5 minutes.

I want to thank everyone who has offered help both through the list and
privately. I have even had offers from people asking that I call them and and
they would walk through some suggestions! What a great group of people.
Thanks again.

Now if I can only avoid the real freeze like I did the network freezes (-25 F
forecasted for tonight in northern Iowa)....
