Our district (6 buildings) uses a program called School Lunch Mac from
Rodlan. It works very well and does everything you asked. They do have an IBM
as well as Macintosh version. It costs $695 (I think per building) but
according to our food services director this is well below most other
products. What does make it more a attractive is that the Macintosh version
will run on just about any (older) Macintosh, I don't know about the IBM
version.
