There have been two major problems reported with the 5200/75

1) Some units made early on shipped with defective CPUs. Apple has a
diagnostic utility to check for this problem at their FTP site.

2) Some disk drives shipped with residual directories that can cause
problems with Norton Utilities. Symantec has a diagnostic utility on their
FTP server.

There is also a PPP 2.11 for PowerMacs. Does this apply to the 5200?

I have 14 of these machines forming the core of my new Graphic Arts/DTP
lab. The only problem I have had so far has been with Adobe Photoshop which
freezes or crashes. I suspect that this is a function of RAM. Has anyone
else had this problem?
