Win 95 Does not see Files

I lost my installation disk for my Casio-QVC Digital Camera and I
wanted to download my pictures on my computer at school. I copied
using WIN 95, the Directory, but after installing it at school, I got the error
message, "Missing ISOFT_IF.DLL. When I search my computer at home
using the WIN 95 search tool, I could not find the file. When I
rebooted to dos and used the dir command in the QVC directory. There the file
ISOFT_IF.DLL was in the directory. Does anyone know why WIN 95 would
not locate the file or display the file, but DOS would?
