Hey Carla,

Just about any word processor can use the ascii character codes
for just about any character you want. You'll need to find a list of
them, though. Most manuals have them as an appendix. The symbols are
inserted into your document by holding down the "alt" key and then typing
in the 2 or 3 digidt ascii code, then release the "alt" key. You should
see the character appear. BTW, the code for ! is 33 :)
