Self Taught Courses on MS DOS

I am looking for some good, manuals, teaching material that will allow
students, defined as anyone who wants to learn, all age groups especially
adults, that will teach mastery of MS Dos. Starting with the simplest of
lessons and progressing to more complicated so that the student becomes
proficient with switches, building and deleting, recalling and editing batch
files, and doing this within a windows environment.

If you know of this type material, and have specifics as to current
publications and where it can be aquired, if the material includes self help
disks or even if it is on a CD Rom.

Please let me know. There's a lot of new users out there begging for this
information.
