MUDS, MUSH'S, and MOOS are all basicly the same concept. MUDS are
known as Mutli User Dungeons, its more (at times) like the electronic
internet version of "Dungeon's and Dragons", in MUD's you can create
what you rroom looks like and how it reacts to users. Much like role
playing games, Plus it is also a chat room sort of thing (much like
IRC, where you connect to a server to play). MUD's are fully
functional and have endless capablities because they can be
programmed. As far as I know (and have used MUDs) they are only
avalible thru Unix clients, mean it has to be done on a Unix Machine
or via dialup to a Unix server.
