I work in the Virtual University of the Monterrey Institute of
Technology in Mexico City.
My Academic Director is very interested in us taking Masters, PHd's
and Bachelors Degrees in Educational Technology, Instructional
Technology, Technology, and so on.
I would greatly appreciate if you could tell me which Universities in
the world offer these degree programs, either in site or via distance
education, or by internet or by combinations of these.
