** With an LCD data panel, any overhead less than 6000 lumens in a small
room will be too dim. Foe larger rooms or high ambient light I feel you
need a projector like the InFocus 580 or their newest model. The 580 can be
used in a 30x30 room with lights on or in an aud projecting to a stage
sized screen for audience viewing. The LCD panels are quite limited in
their uses.

yep, the projectors cost more, est $5000 to $7000. But the LCD panel cost
$2500 and the 10,000 lumen OH cost about $1500, so the difference in cost
is smaller than the difference in potential use. **
