Perhaps a policy that permits all commers, within some limits, to pay for ads
on the school web page could defray some of the costs of establishment and
maintenance, so long as doing so does not cause the school to lose any
advantageous pricing available from the local RBOC, if phone company lines are
used to get to schools's ISP.
