I have discovered a wonderful article under the broad heading of "Future
Learning Environments - Changes to Learning Environments" which deals
intelligently with a number of issues including our current discussion topic
of "Teaching Technology or Using It in Teaching and Learning Situations". I
wanted to share it with you. Because it is the (intellectual) property of
Learning Technology Corp. Ltd., I have not been able to post it to our
listserv.
