I don't know of any tools for accessing the efficacy of a
multimedia project, per se, but couldn't you just use the criteria of
basic instructional design to pass judgement on the finished products of
students? If there is a "tool" out there that would do this, it would of
necessity have to be AI based, some sort of expert system, and I haven't
heard of anything like that in our world.
Please let me/the list hear from you if you find the "tool" you're
looking for.
