Technical Training Specialist (2 Positions)

Company Description: Infonet Services Corporation is a world leader in

services and managed networks which are supported in 57 countries.
Position Description: Both positions will develop and deliver training
on Infonet's products and services to company employees and determine
appropriate content for courses and incorporate adult training
methodologies. One position will focus on messaging, Local Area
Networks, and Internet Services. This position requires knowledge of LAN
component functionality, data communications, messaging applications
(cc:Mail and MS Mail), Internet technology and services, WAN technology
and SNMP.
The other position will focus on high-speed, globally managed LAN to WAN
network solutions for worldwide connectivity and integrated multimedia
services. This position requires knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP
and Frame Relay technologies and protocols, SNMP, routers, PBX network
engineering/traffic analysis, telephony interfaces and voice compression.
Qualifications: Both positions require strong interpersonal, project
management, time management and organizational skills.
The ability to work overtime and travel both domestically and
internationally required.
